Thermoforming
Thermoforming is Truvaplast's biggest business, it involves heating a flat sheet of plastic until it reaches a temperature in which it is malleable. The plastic is then fitted over a mold and the air is evacuated so that the plastic can cool back down and set in its new 3D form. Our machines use minimal human interaction which results in a consistent and quality finish with each piece we produce whether it be one or one-hundred. Our machines are highly efficient and operate on short cycles making timelines easy to predict.

Foundry Patterns and Models
We have lots of experience working with many materials including:

- Hard Wood

We can produces foundry patterns of all sizes and complexities at a high rate or production to ensure you can get your job started as soon as possible.
CNC Machining and Trimming,
Truvaplast provides services on our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC routers and CNC milling machines located in house. This enables us to machine a range of materials in addition to molds and finish trimming parts.
