Thermoforming
Thermoforming is Truvaplast's biggest business, involving the process of heating a flat sheet of plastic until it reaches a malleable temperature. This plastic is then fitted over a mold, and with the air evacuated, it cools down to set in its new 3D form. Our machines, designed for efficient plastic molding, require minimal human interaction, ensuring a consistent and high-quality finish with every piece we produce, whether it’s one or one hundred. Additionally, our advanced CNC machining capabilities allow us to operate on short cycles, making project timelines easy to predict.

We have extensive experience working with a variety of materials, including Renshape composites, aluminum, hard wood, and MDF. Utilizing advanced CNC machining techniques, we can produce foundry patterns of all sizes and complexities at a high rate of production. This ensures you can get your job started as soon as possible, whether you're looking for plastic molding or thermoforming solutions.
CNC Machining and Trimming,
Truvaplast offers services on our 3-axis and 5-axis CNC routers and CNC milling machines, all located in-house. This capability allows us to perform CNC machining on a variety of materials, in addition to providing plastic molding and finish trimming parts.
